Main Topics of the Review

Cybernetics of Social Systems comprises all those branches of science which apply mathematical models and methods of analysis to matters which had previously been the exclusive domain of the humanitiec. Above all this includes information psychology(including theories of cognition and 'artificial intelligence' as well as psychopathometrics and geriatrics), aesthetics of information and cybernetic educational theory, cybernetic linguistics (including text-statistics, mathematical linguistics and constructive interlinguistics) as well as economic, social and juridical cybernetic. -In addition to its principal areas of interest, the GrKG/HUMANKYBERNETIK offers a forum for the publication of articles of a general nature in three other fields: biocybernetics, cybernetic engineering and general cybernetics (theory of informational structure). There is also room for metacybernetic subjects: not just the history and philosophy of cybernetics but also cybernetic approaches to education and literature are welcome.

Richtlinien f邦r die Kompuskriptabfassung

Außer deutschsprachigen Texten erscheinen ab 2001 auch Artikel in allen vier anderen Arbeitssprachen der Internationalen Akademie der Wissenschaften (AIS) San Marino, also in Internacia Lingvo (ILo), Englisch, Französisch und Italienisch. Bevorzugt werden zweisprachige Beiträge 每 in ILo und einer der genannten Nationalsprachen - von maximal 14 Druckseiten (ca. 42.000 Anschlägen) Länge. Einsprachige Artikel erscheinen in Deutsch, ILo oder Englisch bis zu einem Umfang von 10 Druckseiten (ca. 30.000 Anschlägen). In Ausnahmefällen können bei Bezahlung einer Mehrseitengeb邦hr auch längere (einsprachige oder zweisprachige) Texte veröffentlicht werden.

Das verwendete Schrifttum ist, nach Autorennamen alphabetisch geordnet, in einem Schrifttumsverzeichnis am Schluss des Beitrags zusammenzustellen 每 verschiedene Werke desselben Autors chronologisch geordnet, bei Arbeiten aus demselben Jahr nach Zuf邦gung von „a※, „b※, usf. Die Vornamen der Autoren sind mindestens abgek邦rzt zu nennen. Bei selbständigen Veröffentlichungen sind anschließend nacheinander Titel (evt. mit zugef邦gter Übersetzung, falls er nicht in einer der Sprachen dieser Zeitschrift steht), Erscheinungsort und Erscheinungsjahr, womöglich auch Verlag, anzugeben. Zeitschriftenartikel werden - nach dem Titel - vermerkt durch Name der Zeitschrift, Band, Seiten und Jahr.  每 Im Text selbst soll grundsätzlich durch Nennung des Autorennamens und des Erscheinungsjahrs (evt. mit dem, Zusatz „a※ etc.) zitiert werden. 每 Bevorzugt werden Beiträge, die auf fr邦her in dieser Zeitschrift erschienene Beiträge anderer Autoren Bezug nehmen.

Graphiken (die möglichst als Druckvorlagen beizuf邦gen sind) und auch Tabellen sind als „Bild 1※ usf. zu nummerieren und nur so im Text zu erwähnen.  Formeln sind zu nummerieren.

Den Schluss des Beitrags bilden die Anschrift des Verfassers und ein Knapptext (500 每 1.500 Anschläge einschließlich Titel邦bersetzung). Dieser ist in mindestens einer der Sprachen Deutsch, Englisch und ILo, die nicht f邦r den Haupttext verwendet wurde, abzufassen.

Die Beiträge werden in unmittelbar rezensierbarer Form erbeten. Artikel, die erst nach erheblicher formaler, sprachlicher oder inhaltlicher Überarbeitung veröffentlichungsreif wären, werden in der Regel ohne Auflistung aller Mängel  zur邦ckgewiesen.

Direktivoj por la pretigo de kompuskriptoj

Krom germanlingvaj tekstoj aperas ekde 2001 ankaŭ artikoloj en ĉiuj kvar aliaj laborlingvoj de la Akademio Internacia de la Sciencoj (AIS) San Marino, do en Internacia Lingvo (ILo), la Angla, la Franca kaj la Itala. Estas preferataj dulingvaj kontribuaĵoj 每 en ILo kaj en unu el la menciitaj naciaj lingvoj 每 maksimume 14 prespaĝojn (ĉ. 42.000 tajpsignojn) longaj. Unulingvaj artikoloj aperadas en la Germana, en ILo aŭ en  la Angla en amplekso ĝis 10 prespaĝoj (ĉ. 30.000 tajpsignoj). En esceptaj kazoj eblas publikigi ankaŭ pli longajn tekstojn (unulingvajn aŭ dulingvajn) post pago de ekscespaĝa kotizo.

La uzita literaturo estu surlistigita je la fino de la teksto laŭ aŭtornomoj ordigita alfabete; plurajn publikaĵojn de la sama aŭtoro bv. surlistigi en kronologia ordo; en kazo de samjareco aldonu „a※, „b※, ktp. La nompartoj ne ĉefaj estu almena邦 mallongigite aldonitaj. De monografioj estu 每 poste 每 indikitaj laŭvice la titolo (evt. kun traduko, se ĝi ne estas en unu el la lingvoj de ĉi tiu revuo) , la loko kaj la jaro de la apero kaj laŭeble la eldonejo. Artikoloj en revuoj ktp. estu registritaj post la titolo per la nomo de la revuo, volumo, paĝoj kaj jaro. -  En la teksto mem bv. citi pere de la aŭtornomo kaj la aperjaro (evt. aldoninte „a§ ktp.). -  Preferataj estas kontribuaĵoj, kiuj referencas al kontribuaĵoj de aliaj aŭtoroj aperintaj pli frue en ĉi tiu revuo.

Grafikaĵojn (kiuj estas havigendaj laŭeble kiel presoriginaloj) kaj ankaŭ tabelojn bv. numeri per „bildo 1※ ktp. kaj mencii en la teksto nur tiel. Formuloj estas numerendaj.

La finon de la kontribuaĵo konstituas la adreso de la aŭtoro kaj resumo (500 每 1.500 tajpsignoj inkluzive tradukon de la titolo). Ĉi tiu estas vortigenda en minimume unu el la lingvoj Germana, Angla kaj ILo, kiu ne estas uzata por la ĉefteksto.

La kontribuaĵoj estas petataj en senpere recenzebla formo. Se artikolo estus publicinda maljam post ampleksa prilaborado formala, lingva aŭ enhava, ĝi estos normale rifuzata sen surlistigo de ĉiuj mankoj.

Regulations concerning the preparation of compuscripts

In addition to texts in German appear from 2001 onwards also articles in each  four other working languages of the International Academy of Sciences (AIS) San Marino, namely in  Internacia Lingvo (ILo), English, French and Italian. Articles in two languages 每 in ILo and one of the mentioned national languages 每 with a length of not more than 14 printed pages (about 42.000 type-strokes) will be preferred  Monolingual articles appear in German, ILo or English with not more than 10 printed pages (about 30.000 type-strokes). Exceptionally also longer texts (in one or two languages) will be published, if a page charge has been paid.

Literature quoted should be listed at the end of the article in alphabetical order of authors＊ names. Various works by the same author should appear in chronological order of publication. Several items appearing in the same year should be differentiated by the addition of the letters ※a§, ※b§, etc. Given names of authors (abbreviated if necessary) should be indicated. Monographs should be named along with place and year of publication and publisher, if known. If articles appearing in journals are quoted,  the name, volume, year and page-number should be indicated. Titles in languages other than those of this journal should be accompanied by a translation into one of these if possible. 每 Quotations within articles must name the author and the year of publication (with an additional letter of the alphabet if necessary). 每 Preferred will be texts, which refer to articles of other authors earlier published in this journal.

Graphics (fit for printing) and also tables should be numbered ※figure 1§, ※figure 2§, etc. and should be referred to as such in the text. Mathematical formulae should be numbered.

The end of the text should form the author＊s address and a resumee (500 每 1.500 type-strokes including translation of the title) in at least one of the languages German, ILo and English, which is not used for the main text.
